add_custom_image_header and add_custom_background are fallback's for WordPress? prior to 3.4 the theme does use add_theme_support for custom-header and custom-background.

"Pagination is not showing on index page."
And
"Only two blog post is showing on blog listing page, even change from the backend reading setting."

This theme uses a home.php file and it does not list all blog post on the home page and that is also why there is no pagination. There is a blog template for all of the blog post that looks like this with pagination. ​http://demo.fatboythemes.com/blog/

I'm just stating this for when the next reviewer looks into it.
