many thank for your time to review the theme. What are the next steps from my side need to take to make the theme available at wp.org theme directory.

Now you simply wait for the admins to sync your theme to the repository. This can take up to a week. If it's been more than 7 days since approval, you can ping the reviewers mailing list and ask for it to be synced. Thanks!

If I want to upload new update of theme, can I update through SVN or need to upload from here ​http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/upload/ . And If I upload new version will the previous version also will become pending until ticket for new version approved?

You upload from the WordPress?.org Extend page again, no SVN access. The new version of the theme will be put into the Priority #1 (previously approved themes) queue, awaiting a review. This version will still be synced.
