Hi Chip,

Taking each point:

1. Author URI - why is this not appropriate? It is my website - ​http://www.nustudio.com.au
2. Fair enough - will change in next version
3. Fair enough - will change in next version
4. Does it matter that it is just a small derivation? Surely it is of some value as it updates the Toolbox which no longer passes the WordPress? auto-evaluation on theme upload. This would seem to be very useful to all developers.
