• All Theme functions must be uniquely prefixed, with a reasonable approximation of theme-slug
• Remove function_exists() conditional wrapper for calls to add_theme_support()
• All code in functions.php must be properly wrapped in a callback and hooked into an appropriate action hook.
• No need to call add_theme_support( 'menus' ). Call to register_nav_menu() handles this.
• Add proper custom page template phpDoc header to archives.php custom page template.
• Eliminate searchform.php, unless you are modifying the default search form markup.

Recommended

• Rename archives.php as template-archives.php, for clarity

This is the original style.css header. No Licence given there. Here "​http://www.bgthemes.com/theme/WordPress/Green_Morning_1.01.html" you can download the theme at the moment. No more informations given. Its free for download. Website not availible. Theme is from 12.05.2007! =) Here "​http://forum.wpde.org/design/80393-theme-widgetfaehig-machen.html#post365048" is a post where somebody writes that its from wordpress germany. But there is no content at the link. Ok when i remove completely the text thats from another? Wordpress.org doesnt host this theme. So you couldn´t know that it exist. :D
