This update includes a major bug that has been reported by users who have upgraded to WP 3.5. The bug prevented them from using many features within the WP admin panel.

It was caused by the explicitly loaded jquery UI within the arjuna theme. Removing that resolves these issues.

Thanks for pointing that out. Unfortunately, we lack the time right now to enhance the theme and update its core functionality by adding features now supported by WordPress?. We do intend on launching a version 2 of this theme in the near future, which will make use of all the splendid new features of the most recent WordPress? core engine. I would greatly appreciate it if you could release this version as it's merely a bug release for existing users who upgraded to WP 3.5. Thank you!

Umm, there are other required issues too, Updated the comment above. You will atleast have to fix the other 3 issues for the theme to be approved.
