When i activated this theme, i can not login to my dashboard, error show:

Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in \wp-content\themes\ventura\custom\property-details.php on line 73

Then I tried to fix the error, but my theme unit test data disappears in front end, and a lot of shows error when wp_debug enabled.
