• Menu support/design for multiple-level menu items: fixed (added depth => 1)

• Screenshot is not appropriate. (Recommend using the one on Theme URI)
• Remove license link and CC text from footer

• Pass sidebar ID rather than name/description, to dynamic_sidebar()/is_active_sidebar(), etc.

Hi, i re-uploaded the 2.2 version of my theme: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11512 I hope that had fixed all issues correctly.

I forgot to replace sidebar name with ID in every is_active_sidebar. sorry: i noticed it only now.
