Description
Semper Fi Lite - 1.1
Dedicate to my Grandfather's Bravery in WWII, Semper Fi has a high quality newspaper feeling to it. From hidden luxurious floral patterns, to images that create the nostalgia of finely crafted paper, incredibly detailed shadowing, but most importantly, Semper Fi has the ability to respond to any width screen. From 300 pixels wide, all the way to 1920 and beyond, images, galleries, quotes, text, and titles all move fluidly to respond to any thing you throw at it.

I thought we were past all this... thanks for giving me time to submit the revision.
I don't use the custom header image code at all in the premium version. Do I need to share the premium code with you guys to prove it?

Replying to Schwarttzy:

The relevant Guidelines WRT the header image are:
Commercial versions of free Themes must not lock core WordPress? features behind the commercial paywall
...and:
Theme is recommended to incorporate the following WordPress? core features, but is not required to do so. However, if incorporated, features must support the core WordPress? implementation...
So, since you've incorporated a custom header feature, you're required to use the core WordPress? implementation. You can't create a custom implementation, and then lock the feature behind the paywall.
Note: as for the credit link issue: fixing that should be nothing more than removing it from the list of features. The issue, as far as I can tell, is only that including it in the feature list implies that users cannot remove your mark unless they buy the commercial version. I'll un-suspend the Theme as soon as that is fixed.

Can I just change it to say, "Remove my Mark from the Footer with the click of one button, instead of digging through the code." and have it pass the requirements?
If so I'll upload it in a second.

- Resolution set to closed-newer-version-uploaded
- Status changed from assigned to closed

Required
The custom header image issue will warrant a not-approved for this ticket.
The second issue, since it restricts user freedoms, will require the current version of the Theme to be suspended in Extend/Themes? until to restriction is removed.
As this is a currently approved Theme, I will leave this ticket open for two days, to allow time to correct the issues, and re-upload the Theme.
Please leave a comment in this ticket, with a link to the new ticket, once you have uploaded a revision.
