=> validates as XHTML 1.0 strict while header specifies HTML 5, does not validate HTML5 as specified ​http://validator.w3.org/

=> CSS does' not validate

• Value Error : border Too many values or values are not recognized : right solid 1px right solid 1px

=> needs removal of statement that it is html / css valid

Checked Diff: new URI is appropriate enough

Approving, with the acknowledgement of the CSS/HTML be fixed for next update, *OR* removal of the claim of its validity.

CSS Validator doesnot recognize some of the properties specified in CSS3 like border radius, opacity.

Apart from that there are 2 mistakes which got in during the development, I will correct them in the next updated.

I also think _width isn't good either.

_width is required to make it compatible with ie6, else the sidebar will be pushed below the content div.

there's a cache thing going on with the system, it will refresh itself eventually; something the wp guys have been talking about on the other lists for several weeks now

Sucks, but it's ok considering that I finally got my theme updated after 8 months.
