Energy - 1.02

The Energy theme is a stylish, neat, and fully customizable WordPress? theme. Make it yours with the easy customizable theme options with a simple "check-box" interface to easily change colors, fonts, header, menus, sidebars, and much more. Uses "Superfish" menu effects and it has built-in pagination for post pages and comments. Energy has six widget areas with an optional sidebar on the left or right hand side and has an optional one-column page template that removes the sidebar. Special styles for posts in the "Asides", "Status", and "Gallery" categories and a active support forum.

Issues from Previous Ticket

• Fixed - Screenshot wrong size.
• Not Fixed - Theme is completely unusable in Internet Explorer 7. Header disappears completely and menu items do not appear on menu. Site fine in IE8 and all the latest versions of Safari, Opera and Firefox.
• Fixed - Menu blowout layout issues.
• Fixed - Default background image as presented in screenshot, and on theme URL did not work upon installation, background was simply solid black.
• Fixed - Header image: Removing the background image setting completely removes the entire header including titles, likely the entire div. Only the image should be removed, the header itself should remain in some capacity.

Template Tags and Hooks

• wp_head() must be moved below the Superfish stuff to immediately before </head>.

Theme Template Files

• The search form inserted in header.php must be included with get_search_form().

Theme Settings and Data Security

• prefix all custom functions, options, custom variables and custom constants with a theme slug. There is a function without a theme slug e.g. 'pagination' and some with an abbreviated theme slug that is different from the others e.g. 'nrg_page_menu' and 'nrg_title'.

General Tests

• Just as a matter of interest, 'Google Analytics' is misspelled in options page.
