Is the month of August that my theme is waiting to be reviewed.

Furthermore, the old version that has been restored is not yet available for download. What should I do?

As stated in the previous review:

ThemeURI still links to freeminimalwordpresstheme.com (e.g. the download link banner at the top of the page).

Let me just simplify things: as long as that domain name exists, this Theme will not be approved. No matter how you mask the link between yourinspirationweb.com and freeminimalwordpresstheme.com, the latter URL still violates the WordPress?? trademark policy, and no Theme affiliated with such a domain name will be approved.

"If you already have a domain with "WordPress?" in it, redirecting it to the "wp" equivalent is fine, just as long as the main one users see and you promote doesn't contain "WordPress?."

I have corrected this more than 6 months ago. Why do you continue to write the same motivation?
