This theme looks like collected from different parts of other wp themes. For example: the language files, the paths to translated words are described as so wp-content/themes/monochrome/archive.php:18 and obviously they didn't work in Eco_House theme.
Also it lacks some of newer WP features like Menus or custom-header and that makes it looks old-fashioned.

Aside the general observation this theme has specific issues for correction

=> Two comment forms at a single post
=> Floated images are not cleared well so the elements after them are positioned correctly.
=> Images with caption are not styled for left/right alining
