Thanks for the heads up, I was in the middle of reviewing it right now, here are my notes so far in case they help:
Required
- Theme URI links to a page about a different theme, is there a more relevant page that could be linked to?
- Screenshot image is blank.
- WARNING: .gitignore Hidden Files or Folders found, please remove any extraneous directories like .git or .svn from the ZIP file before uploading it.
- Missing unique slug as a prefix for some custom function names, classes, public/global variables, etc.
- Scripts in functions.php should be enqueued.
- options.php loads external version of jQuery, should use version bundled with WordPress?.
- Settings page capability should be edit_theme_options, rather than administrator
- Broken image URL on options page: http://localhost/theme-review/wp-content/themes/response/images/options/response.png
- Upgrade button graphic is for wrong theme, link is 404: http://cyberchimps.com/responsepro/
Recommended
- Readme documentation link is 404: http://cyberchimps.com/response
- Some of the CSS doesn't follow the CSS coding standards: http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS_Coding_Standards

Sorry about that. This version was uploaded by mistake, and we've switched to using a different CSS framework so it has taken us longer than we wanted to get it reuploaded. We'll be uploading a new version soon.

Closing not-approved instead of closed-newer-version-uploaded for sake of correct priority. When not-approved it will be reviewed faster, closed-newer-version-uploaded will push it back to priority 4.
Win-win for all parties!

A new version will be uploaded soon and this version doesn't need to be reviewed.
