These errors are more than sufficient to make the theme not approved, so I haven't completed the full review. However, I can tell you that I am also seeing several of the other errors which were already mentioned on the reviews of your other themes.

Since you appear to be using a common framework for all of your themes, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the ​Theme Review guidelines, be sure to have Debugging enabled as you revise your themes, and run them through the ​Theme Check plugin before you resubmit.
