A few observations:

  • Clean up Author URI and Theme URI. Remove the query strings.
  • Replace TEMPLATEPATH with get_template_directory()
  • Do not suppress PHP errors, warnings, and notices. e.g. remove @ from call to filemtime() (and anywhere else it might be).
