Previously approved theme, suspended for upsell version not being gpl. TOS service on the site to make it clear that the upsell version is GPL licensed.

Extremely minor change and without apparent issues. TOS looks acceptable and GPL, if this was the only thing holding you back I guess is that you're all set. I will confirm and unsuspend the Theme shortly.
