To the eventual reviewer:
Please note that this is a CSS-only update. There are a few rendering issues that users have pointed out. Since this is a simple set of changes that does have a fairly significant impact on end users' use (particularly of custom menus), any concessions you can make towards overall speed of review would be greatly appreciated.
