I probably should have read the description of your Theme in more detail, as I'm not sure how BuddyPress? Themes are handled by the WPTRT. :)
I'll add the BuddyPress? keyword and ping the mailing list to learn more about that. Please bear with me, maybe you wanna tackle the few things that I managed to find, until then.
