As Chip pointed out in the last review, Theme URI indicates a non-GPL-compatible license.

It still does, therefore closing as not-approved.

I have now removed the Terms and conditions page from site that theme URI indicated. It was left there by mistake and took a long time to notice. I hope that was the problem. :)
