As @nhuja noted in previous review, the Theme URI, Author URI and the credit link http://58off.com you added in footer.php are inappropriate for any theme hosted in WordPress?.org. That site indirectly sells or promotes non-GPL WordPress? Themes like those in Themeforest.
This issue alone is already a basis for declining your theme. If/When? you change the URI's added in your style.css file and footer.php, please feel free to resubmit your theme.
