Issues from Previous Review #9353

• FIXED: unordered lists used in comments are appropriately styled.
• FIXED: Styling for wp_link_pages() has been corrected.
• FIXED: Theme author has added a note to readme.txt regarding the limit of items listed in the menu's top level
• FIXED: Added note to "Custom text or HTML right before the comment form text area" to indicate such text/HTML will be viewable to non-logged in users.
• FIXED: Removed 'montezuma-backend' as a text-domain

On the issue of translation support, if you do support localization you are required to translate all text that user can see - both on the front-end and in the admin area. This is something you can do for your next release.
