I would like to just remove it in this case; since i have not developed a section or site dedicated to the theme as yet.

How do i remove it and submit it again? i am unable to connect to the svn and update the theme

Resubmit your new version @ ​http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/upload/ and also please review ​http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review before your submission, just to make sure that everything else is good as well. This ticket will be open till your new version reaches the top :)

I have resubmitted but have not seen any seen any progress or comments. how long does the process of approval takes. no problem waiting just want to know.
