Theme failed review due to reasons listed below:

• W3 Validator produced 4 errors and 2 warnings.
• PHP warning:
  • WARNING: wp-content/themes/clarity/inc/css/options-css.php:4 - getimagesize(): Filename cannot be empty
• Theme included fonts but licenses were not explicitly declared in style.php, licenses.txt, or likewise.
• style.css is enqueued correctly but others are not.
• CSS Validator found 18 errors and 81 warnings.

Hi! Thanks for reviewing.

All of these issues have been addressed. Fonts are from Google Webfonts and I made note of this in style.css. All stylesheets are now being enqueued correctly. All CSS errors/warnings are due to the CSS3 code or vendor prefixes.
