+* Removes ebst_term_link_by_name_or_slug(). It resolved a category by slug, then by name, to build a link for the hand-built fallback menu that 1.5.67 replaced with the WordPress page menu. Since that release nothing in the theme called it, so it was dead code loaded on every request.
