Can you upload a clearer screenshot? All posts without titles already have permalinks available (click on the date), so I'm not sure what this required issue refers to.

Content overflowing out of wrapper box:

Would you mind uploading as an attachment the HTML that you're using in that post? I'd love to figure this one out but the tables in my demo data aren't reproducing the issue.

Having the theme not-approved for these arguably minor issues is pretty tough, especially given the amount of time it will have wait for a second review. We usually approve those kinds of tickets and mark the issues required for a future resubmission.
