Hi!
Upon activating the theme, I recieve the following warning:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'sturd_setup' not found or invalid function name

On line 14 of functions.php, you have sturd_theme_setup(), but then you are calling sturd_setup on line 41.

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'sturd_register_sidebars' not found or invalid function name

On line 47 of functions.php, you have add_action( 'widgets_init', 'sturd_register_sidebars' ), but this function does not exist (on line 62 you have sturd_widgets_init)

These functions need to be prefixed with your themeslug:
optionscheck_change_santiziatio
custom_sanitize_textarea

In 404.php, you are are adding the search form manually, but you are required to use WordPress functionality if available, so you should be using get_search_form.
See http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_search_form

Language
•All theme text strings are to be translatable.

The following text is not translatable:
older/newer entries navigation, comment numbers

Line 18 of index.php: "by... | Filed in..." as well as the
Line 16 of search.php: "Permanent Link to"
Line 17 of single.php: "Pages:""

The following text domain need to be replaced:
options.php, wp_castle

Recommended:

Remove http: from google fonts as this can cause problems with sites that uses https.
