I am sorry, but this doesn't qualify as a child theme. You only changed the font family and added a page template which displays the title and content.

A child theme needs to be visually distinctive than the parent theme

Also, you have some issues.

  • Provide a unique prefix for everything the Theme defines in the public namespace, including options, functions, global variables, constants, post meta, etc.
    • check your functions.php file, L2,19,56,65,73
    • also the handles in wp_enqueue_*() functions
