Hi!
Thank you for submitting your theme.
Your theme has been partially reviewed against these requirements:
https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/

As part of the new theme directory guidelines, reviewers may now close tickets if a theme has 5 or more issues.
This is part of our long term goals to improve the theme quality and shorten the queues.
You can read more about this change here: https://make.wordpress.org/themes.

Please do not get discouraged by the ticket being closed. -We want you to resubmit your theme,
but we do ask that you spend more time making sure that your theme meets all the requirements.
https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/
You can upload your update here: https://wordpress.org/themes/upload/

Because of the large number of themes waiting for review, we might not be able to follow up immediately.
We will review your update when your theme reaches the top of the review queue.

If you have questions you can ask them here or in the #themereview channel on Slack
channel.

Required:

Missing license version and copyright notice for the theme.
Missing license, copyright notice and source for included assets such as images.
No minification of scripts or files unless you provide original files.

Please remove any and all code, files or folders that is not used by the theme.

Themes cannot require plugins, only recommend (Also this notice cannot be dismissed).
Social sharing is not allowed in themes
https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/explanations-and-examples/

Themes are required to use WordPress functionality if available, this includes using the WordPress custom logo instead of custom code.
https://make.wordpress.org/core/2016/03/10/custom-logo/

Only minor content creation is allowed.
Use existing content instead of creating fake custom post types.

Any copyright statements on the front end should display the user’s copyright, not the theme author’s copyright.

When I activate the custom widgets I see the following php notices:
Notice: Undefined index: portcat_name in inc\custom-widget.php on line 326
Notice: Undefined index: link_title in \inc\custom-widget.php on line 398
Notice: Undefined index: title in inc\custom-widget.php on line 110
Notice: Undefined index: sec_desc in inc\custom-widget.php on line 116

The Display Site Title and Tagline option is not working.

Demo content may not be used to promote the theme.
Demo content may be used to show the user how the options work. Use starter content, existing content, or installation instructions instead of placeholder content. Installation instructions should only be visible to users with the edit_theme_options capability, not to visitors.

In functions.php:
add_image_size names need to be prefixed.
function multipurposeo_admin_scripts() -Scripts and styles ment for the admin should only load where they are actually needed, not on the entire admin.

In custom-function.php:
This is not the correct way to filter content and excerpts.
If you can explain what you want to accomplish then maybe I can help you find a better way.

Provide a unique prefix for everything the Theme defines in the public namespace, including options, functions, global variables, constants, post meta, etc.

Language
There is a lot of text in the theme that is not translation ready, that is missing translation functions.
functions.php line 193, Home
customizer.php, custom-widget.php -There are many untranslated strings here and I am not going to be able to list them all, please check these files carefully.

The coding standards are not required to pass the review, but they can be helpful when developing your theme.

The code reference library is very useful when you want to know more about WordPress functions, classes, hooks and methods.
It can help you determine if a function needs to be escaped or not, or if a function you have planned to write is already available.
