Sorry but I have closed this ticket because an author is only allowed one open ticket in the system at a time.

All existing tickets from August 23rd, 2016, and earlier are allowed but after this date, new theme uploads are not permitted if the author already has a ticket or tickets in the system.

The Theme Review Team met on August 23rd, discussed and voted 21 in favor, 3 against, the recommendation of only allowing one active ticket per author.
Please note that this measure is being taken to attempt to gain control of a very large queue.

As an author you are still allowed to have as many live themes in the .org repo as you want.

Look at this as an opportunity to refine the quality of the theme you want to submit. Submitting a completed, thoroughly tested product that follows Theme Review Guideline will go far to speed up reviews and reduce the queue.

Please wait to upload your next theme until you have no active tickets in the system. Please feel free to comment in the ticket if I have made a mistake or if you have other concerns.

Also note if your ticket was previously reviewed and then closed you will not be allowed to upload a new version until all of your existing tickets are either set live or closed. The reason for this is closed tickets re-enter the new queue when they are updated.
