Hi!

All theme text strings are to be translatable.
See single.php and content-posts.php where the translation functions are missing:

<p class="meta-comments"><?php comments_popup_link( 'No comments', '1 comment', '% comments', 'comments-link', 'Comments are off'); ?></p>

In about.php, there are some places where esc_attr() is used incorrectly outside attributes.
Use esc_html() instead.
Example:

<h3><?php esc_attr_e('FREE vs PRO', 'cursos'); ?></h3>

Compare
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/esc_html/
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/esc_attr/
they have different use.

Avoid using Lorem Ipsum texts, they are not helpful to the users, and they shouldn't have to erase the text to be able to use the theme.
What I means is that when you activate a new theme on your website, you really wouldn't want this dummy text to be visible to your visitors.
