These errors are more than sufficient to make the theme not approved, so I haven't completed the full review. However, I can tell you that I am also seeing several of the other errors which were already mentioned on the reviews of your other themes.

Since you appear to be using a common framework for all of your themes, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Theme Review guidelines, be sure to have Debugging enabled as you revise your themes, and run them through the Theme Check plugin before you resubmit.
