Custom CSS options isn't implemented properly, if you add css it's not printed in head or elsewhere. admin.js is enqueued in admin area to show preview images of something ( I guess monsters ), but it's not working, cause those images doesn't exist in theme directory.

To enqueue scripts and style only on front-end use wp_enqueue_scripts hook, like you do when enqueue-ing comments-reply, with this hook you don't need is_admin conditional checks.

Use admin_print_scripts to enqueue scripts in admin area, to target specific pages e.g. - Theme Options page use admin_print_scripts-(page_hook) instead. In most cases you don't need to register scrips for enqueue-ing, simply use wp_enqueue_script().

There's two global variable call and they aren't used anywhere.
