=> Hard-coded charset meta tag. It should look like this:

<meta charset="<?php bloginfo('charset'); ?>" />

=> Theme's license info should be in the format described in Theme Review guidelines. Note, the original source of GNU GPL is the site www.gnu.org.

  • Use something like this in comments.php:

=> Default header image is missing. After activation the theme tries to settle image leaves.jpg as header but there is not not such file.
