I have had a quick look at the theme and at this point, it does not follow the requirements.

The Theme Review Team does not hard reject themes, -we want you to resubmit your theme, but we need you to read the requirements more carefully.
If the requirements are unclear, let us know so that we can continue to improve them.

When a ticket is closed as not approved, it loses its position in the review queue.
When the update is submitted, a new ticket is created at the end of the queue.

• Issues with your theme:
  • In the mobile menu focus should be trapped inside the modal. Once you tab past the last menu item, the focus should go on the close button. Once you shift+tab on the first element focus should go on the close button (and if you shift tab on this, it should focus the last element in the menu).

• All user-facing text strings in PHP files should be translation-ready using the appropriate internationalization functions. Please fix this in footer.php line no. 32, 404.php line no. 14, front-page.php line no. 84, 101-111, etc.

• The content in front-page.php is hard-coded and cannot be modified by users via the Customizer, editor, or theme options. Theme content must not be locked this way and should be user-editable.

• Tested up to in the style.css and readme.txt header should have the latest WordPress version.

• Please replace the font loading method using CSS @import with wp_enqueue_style(). Fonts should be loaded through WordPress enqueue functions rather than imported directly in stylesheets.
